Your use of these products indicates your acceptance of and agreement to be legally bound by the terms of the Go Spatial Limited Mapping Products License Agreement below.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The following General Terms and Conditions of Agreement shall be applicable to all map products of Go Spatial Limited which are marketed throught the ezemaps.com website and licensed by Go Spatial Limited to end users (also referred to as "Customers") of the map products (also referred to as "Products") and shall govern the use of all products or works derived therefrom.

2. The license hereby granted unto the Customers authorizes the use by the Customer of Go Spatial Limited Mapping Products only for the purposes listed below:

• The Customer may make one digital copy the Products for use as a backup copy. This copy shall only be used to replace an original Products if lost, stolen or damaged.
• The Customer may modify the Products and merge other data with the Products for The Customer's own internal use. The portions of the Products merged with other data are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
• The Customer may use and display the Products for any purpose internal to The Customer's organization.

3. The license hereby granted unto the Customers forbids the use by the Customer of Go Spatial Limited Maping Products as follows:

• The Customer may not resell or redistribute the Products or any works derived from Go Spatial Limited Mapping Products products in any form to third parties.
• The Customer shall not sell, rent, lease, or in any way transfer, in whole or in part, any Go Spatial Limited Mapping Products in any form which includes any updates, documentation, or any other Related Materials.
• The Customer shall not remove or obscure any Go Spatial Limited copyright, proprietary, or trademark notices.

4. Special exceptions to point 3.a above

• If The Customer purchases the Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) version of one of the Products, license is hereby granted to publish/present raster graphics derived from the SVG Product (also referred to as "The Graphics") in print publications, broadcast media or the Internet provided that a citation crediting Go Spatial Limited as the source of the base data used to create The Graphics is clearly visible to persons viewing The Graphics and that you do not violate other clauses of this agreement.
• You may not make The Graphics available as a stand alone product including, but not limited to, websites created for the sole purpose of generating advertising revenue.
• You may create Larger Works by combining The Graphics with other content not governed by this License and distribute the Larger Work as a single product (Larger Work means a work which combines The Graphics with content not covered by the terms of this License.). In such a case, You must make sure the requirements of this License are fulfilled for The Graphics. The Graphics may not be distributed unbundled from any Larger Work and must not include any spatial referencing information.

5. Go Spatial Limited hereby disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for any damage, injury, loss, claim or lawsuit arising from any error inaccuracy or other problem with the Products. The Customer hereby releases Go Spatial Limited from all liability, damage, claims, injuries, or suits arising from any such error, inaccuracy or problem. Furthermore, the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Go Spatial Limited and its officials and employees from any and all claims, liability, damages, injuries, and suits, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees, arising from the use of any Go Spatial Limited Mapping Products by the Customer, Customer's employees or assignees, or customers of it.

6. Go Spatial Limited Mapping Products provided hereunder are provided "as is" and Go Spatial Limited expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties as to the accuracy of the Products and merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and further expressly disclaims responsibility for all incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Products. The Customer acknowledges such disclaimers of warranty and expressly waives all warranties express or implied and waives any right of claim for damages incidental, consequential or special, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Products.

7. Go Spatial Limited GIS Mapping Products provided by Go Spatial Limited shall remain the property of Go Spatial Limited which shall retain all rights commensurate with ownership, including the right to sell, release, license, use or provide the Products to others as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion. The Licensed or unauthorized use of Go Spatial Limited Mapping Products will be subject to the full penalties under the law including fines and imprisonment.

Commercial Uses

Go Spatial Limited encourages the commercial use of its GIS data products. If you would like to use Go Spatial Limited products for commercial applications, you will need a special license from Go Spatial Limited.

Go Spatial Limited will require specific conditions as part of a commercial license that may include royalty payments. The royalty required would depend upon several different factors and customers should contact Go Spatial Limited for further information.

Go Spatial Limited gives prompt consideration to all requests for use of Go Spatial Limited copyright material. All requests are treated as strictly confidential.
